Shipping policy

Processing & Handling Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST may be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently ship within the United States only. The following carriers and services are available at checkout:

  • USPS — Estimated 3–7 business days
  • UPS — Estimated 2–5 business days
  • FedEx — Estimated 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather events, and peak seasons may affect transit times.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75 within the contiguous United States. The free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout when your order qualifies.


Shipping Rates

For orders under $75, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package weight, and selected carrier service.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to monitor your shipment's progress.


Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Joy Enterprises is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at joyenterprises@protonmail.com or 701-840-9112 — we'll do our best to make corrections before your order ships.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 15 days of the estimated delivery date at joyenterprises@protonmail.com. Please retain all original packaging and include photos of any damage when reaching out. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Undeliverable Packages

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts will be held for 14 days. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
